About VisionForge
A precision CNC machine shop in Mississauga, Ontario. Founder-led. Canadian-owned. Built around modern equipment, in a controlled environment, with documentation that meets the standard aerospace and medical buyers expect.
VisionForge Inc. is a precision CNC machine shop in Mississauga, Ontario. We were founded to do one thing well: machine the difficult parts — aerospace, defence, medical, optics — on modern equipment, in a controlled environment, with documentation that meets the standard those industries expect. This page explains who is behind the shop, what we actually do, and how we work.
The founder
VisionForge is founder-led. Brandon Hanoun runs the shop — programming, setup, machining, inspection, and customer communication. That is a deliberate choice. In a small precision shop, the person quoting the job and the person cutting the chips is usually the same person in the customer's best-case outcome: no lost-in-translation between sales and production, no handoff between a front-desk estimator and the people who actually understand the part.

What we actually do
We machine parts from engineering drawings and STEP files. That's the core of the business. We don't do sheet metal, injection molding, or additive work. We cut solid stock — titanium, Inconel, 17-4 PH, aluminum, PEEK, and a handful of other precision materials — on two modern CNC machining centres:
- A 2025 Matsuura MX-520 simultaneous 5-axis machining centre
- A Fanuc Robodrill α-T14iAL 3-axis machining centre
Both live in a climate-controlled facility held at 20°C ±1°. Operations that sit adjacent to machining — live-tool turning, precision grinding, final CMM inspection — are coordinated through ISO 9001 partners on a single RFQ and a single PO. See our equipment page for machine specs.
That narrower focus is the point. A shop that says yes to everything tends to do everything at the same quality level — which is rarely the level a precision aerospace or medical buyer wants. We'd rather be the shop you call when the part is difficult than the shop you call for everything.
Why Mississauga
The shop is at 1578 Finfar Ct, Unit #2, Mississauga, Ontario L5J 4K1. That location serves the Canadian precision machining market in three ways:
- Proximity to aerospace and engineering customers in the Greater Toronto Area and western GTA corridor. The majority of our work comes from buyers within a 45-minute drive.
- Direct road access to the 401, 403, 407, and QEW. Ten minutes from Pearson International Airport for shipments that move by air.
- Canadian-owned, Canadian-operated. For defence customers and for the Controlled Goods Program, Canadian ownership matters structurally, not just politically.
What makes us different
If there are three things worth saying without overclaiming:
- Current-generation equipment. The MX-520 is a 2025 machine. We didn't buy a 15-year-old 5-axis and market it as capability. The machine is new, the tooling is current, and the facility was built for precision work from day one.
- Discipline on cert language. We say AS9100D in process because it is in process; we'll say AS9100D certified the week we are certified. The same goes for CGP. The same goes for ISO 13485 (we are not; we machine under the customer's QMS). That discipline exists because aerospace and medical buyers have been burned by vendors who claim more than they hold, and it costs the buyer real time to sort it out. See Quality & Certifications for exact status.
- Single point of accountability. One person quotes the job, programs it, runs the first article, and communicates with the customer through production. That is a feature, not a limitation, for work where the drawing matters more than the salesperson.
Who we work with today
Aerospace OEMs and tiered suppliers. Canadian defence primes and their sub-tier partners (pending CGP registration completion). Medical device companies working with us as an approved supplier under their own ISO 13485 system. Optics, photonics, and industrial automation integrators. Customers range from prototype-only engineering teams to buyers placing recurring 10–500 piece production orders.
We publish industry pages, not customer names. When we have written permission from a customer to mention them, we will add that customer to this page. Until then, absence of a logo wall is not absence of work.

FAQ
How big is VisionForge?
VisionForge is a founder-led precision machine shop. Brandon Hanoun runs the shop directly. We operate two CNC machining centres and coordinate turning, grinding, and CMM inspection through ISO 9001 partner shops.
Is VisionForge Canadian-owned?
Yes. VisionForge Inc. is Canadian-owned and Canadian-operated, based in Mississauga, Ontario.
Do you work with customers outside Ontario?
Yes. Ontario is our core market, but we ship across Canada and into the US per customer requirements.
Can I visit the shop?
Drop-offs and pickups are welcome during business hours. For facility tours or in-person engineering reviews, contact us ahead of time so we can have the right parts on the floor to walk through.
What industries do you focus on?
Aerospace, defence, medical devices, and optics / photonics / industrial automation. The shop is built around the tolerance and documentation requirements those industries share.
