  • Fanuc Robodrill α-T14iAL, 3-axis. Work envelope 700 × 380 × 330 mm. Palletized.
  • Climate-controlled facility held at 20°C ±1° — consistent conditions across the day, so thin-wall titanium and Invar 36 work hold ±0.0001" from morning to afternoon.
  • In-house vibratory finishing as a machining add-on for deburring, edge break, and pre-coating surface prep.
  • Partner operations (ISO 9001) for live-tool turning, precision grinding, and CMM inspection to ±0.0002" — coordinated through VisionForge on one RFQ and one PO.
