VisionForge is a precision CNC machine shop in Mississauga that serves the full Greater Toronto Area. Simultaneous 5-axis on a 2025 Matsuura MX-520 and 3-axis on a Fanuc Robodrill α-T14iAL, inside a climate-controlled facility held at 20°C ±1°. In-house tolerance ±0.0001" with partner CMM to ±0.0002". AS9100D in process. Controlled Goods Program registered. What we run
- 2025 Matsuura MX-520 simultaneous 5-axis machining centre. 20k RPM spindle. 1 micron repeatable accuracy. Palletized for lights-out production.
- Fanuc Robodrill α-T14iAL 3-axis machining centre. Work envelope 700 × 380 × 330 mm. Palletized.
- Climate-controlled facility held at 20°C ±1° — consistent tolerance performance across the day.
- In-house vibratory finishing for deburring, edge break, and pre-coating surface prep on machined parts.
- ISO 9001 partner operations for live-tool turning, precision grinding, and CMM inspection to ±0.0002" — on one RFQ and one PO.

Which GTA cities does VisionForge serve?
We serve the full Greater Toronto Area from our Mississauga facility, including Toronto, Brampton, Oakville, Vaughan, Markham, Burlington, Milton, and Etobicoke. Customers in other GTA municipalities are welcome to send RFQs — courier and freight logistics are straightforward from our location off the 401/403 corridor.
Can I pick up parts in person?
Yes. Pickup is welcome during business hours. Call ahead so we can have the parts ready at the door.
Can you deliver across the GTA?
Yes. Daily courier options handle drawings, first-article parts, and production shipments. For larger lots, we coordinate freight per the PO.
What services are available to GTA customers?
