Serving Ontario from Mississauga

VisionForge ships across Ontario on a daily basis. Most precision machining customers don't need a walk-in shop — they need a reliable supplier that holds tolerance, delivers on schedule, and ships parts with the paperwork in the box. That's how we operate.

  • London and southwestern Ontario — ~2 hours. Shipped by freight or expedited courier for smaller lots.
  • Ottawa and Eastern Ontario — shipped by freight or expedited courier; defence and aerospace customers common in this region.
  • Windsor and Essex County — shipped by freight for automotive-adjacent automation components.

FAQ

Do you ship outside the GTA?

Yes. We ship across Ontario daily, including Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Guelph, London, Windsor, and Ottawa. Freight and courier are arranged per PO — we handle the logistics so the parts arrive with the paperwork in the box.

Can Ottawa or Eastern Ontario customers work with a Mississauga shop?

Yes. Defence and aerospace customers in the Ottawa region are a regular part of our work. Drawings and first-article parts move via courier; production shipments by freight. In-person handoffs are not required — the workflow is designed around remote RFQ and delivery.

What services do you offer Ontario customers?

Simultaneous 5-axis and 3-axis CNC machining, prototype work, low-volume production (10–500 piece runs), lights-out machining, and coordinated partner operations (turning, grinding, CMM inspection).

What certifications does VisionForge hold?

AS9100D is in process. Controlled Goods Program registered. The Designated Official exam has been passed. Partner operations run under ISO 9001.

What tolerances can you hold?

±0.0001" in-house on the 2025 Matsuura MX-520 and the Fanuc Robodrill α-T14iAL. Final CMM verification to ±0.0002" through our ISO 9001 partner.

Do you include material certifications with shipments?

On request. Material certifications are traceable to the mill and retained per job. PPAP-style documentation and FAI reports are also available on request.
